On March 29, 2024, the first dissemination event of the project took place. The activity attracted the attention of a large number of specialists, with 47 individuals (including university and pre-university teachers, human resources specialists, IT professionals, psychologists, and representatives from mental health organizations) actively participating in discussions about Technostress and well-being in academic and organizational environments.
The UNITBV team presented Result 1, a Quantitative study on the factors affecting digital well-being – an international perspective, which aimed to answer the question: Who is more stressed: comparative results of teachers and students? Technostress in relation to personal and organizational resources.
Participants provided positive feedback, and implications of the results and the promotion of digital well-being were developed by event attendees who expressed their willingness to also participate in the project’s final conference. We thank everyone for their valuable feedback!
